Returns Policy

Items must be returned within a 30 days’ purchase for a product purchase for most items. Returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee if there is nothing wrong with the product.We do not take any products back if the customer physically damages to it.All replacements are shipped via FedEx ground unless otherwise indicated. 


Before returning a product, you must obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from TechnoDealsUSA’s RMA department by filling the RMA request form and emailing or faxing it to us at 407-265-3982. Another option is to contact us by phone or via live chat to obtain an RMA#. Our RMA department will process the request and issue an RMA# if the product is eligible for return. We must receive all items being returned within ten days otherwise RMA will be voided. After 30 days it is under manufacturer warranty if one exists. Manufacturer's warranties vary by product category. Some products are not returnable if opened. We do not charge any restocking fee for damaged (DOA) products or if we make a mistake on the shipment.


However, the customer pays the return shipping charge to TechnoDealsUSA and TechnoDealsUSA will pay the shipping back to you. Please notify us immediately if you receive damaged merchandise. If the damage is visible, then call us and refuse the order. We ensure most orders.



Sales Tax: Taxes apply to Florida customers only, unless the customer provides us with a valid tax exemption certificate before our acceptance of the order. If your order is especially time sensitive, please call us, and we will work on it immediately. This will allow us the best opportunity to get your order out as soon as possible. We understand emergencies, and we will work to accommodate your request.

  • Ground shipments usually take 1 to 6 business days depending on your location, TechnoDealsUSA is a Florida based company.
  • Orders placed during the weekends or holidays ship the next business day.
  • Shipping and billing address must be the same If not, please call your credit card company to have the new shipping address approved.
